Any stakeholder or any third party suspecting such a noncompliance or violation may submit a report.

The report will be treated completely anonymous and confidential by default. However, you have the option to include your personal information in the form if you wish to be contacted personally. In such case your personal data will be processed together with your report. The reporter is protected from any and all forms of retaliation by the EU Whistleblower Directive.
Please select first in which area the misconduct occurred. This information will be used to route the report to the appropriate persons such as the Chairman of the Board's audit committee, General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer, Data Protection Officer.

When you submit a report, a random username and password will be generated and disclosed to you upon submitting your report. If you want to access your report and any comments/responses to it, please store the username and password for later use. You can follow the progress of your report by logging in again to this portal with the random username and password you were given during the identity creation step. You can leave additional information after submitting the report by using the commenting functionality. The anonymous user identity will be removed after 3 months after which you cannot follow up on the progress anymore online. This report will be however stored for a longer period according to the corresponding legislative requirements.
